Barden have been engaged by a large professional services business in the medical industry to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager to join their high performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong commercial leader with a minimum of 6 years PQE to join a Dublin Headquartered global PLC.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Work with strategic alliance clients to negotiate tailored enterprise-level commercial terms.
- Support the Proposals team in ensuring commercially sound client proposals.
- Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to achieve annual divisional budgets.
- Assist the Director of Commercial Finance in establishing global control and accountability.
- Lead high-profile negotiations during service delivery as needed.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with Business Development and senior leaders.
- Manage and develop 2-3 direct reports.
- Contribute to a culture of process improvement, streamlining processes, and adding value.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Qualified accountant with a minimum of 6+ years of commercial finance experience at management level, preferably in a services arena
- Multinational, PLC experience
- People management experience
- Negotiation experience (seller side)
- Ability to work effectively with people at various levels of the organization, with particular experience dealing with Senior Leadership.
