ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support the organisation’s goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and risk management activities to optimize financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements in the Cayman Islands.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, including auditors, regulatory agencies, and financial institutions.

ABOUT THE PERSON

  • Qualified Accountant with a recognised body, proven track record of progression.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and strategic thinking, with a focus on driving financial performance and efficiency.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
