Our client is an Irish Construction Plc based in Dublin City Centre. They are looking for a Newly Qualified Accountant to join their growing team as a Financial Accountant.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role reports directly to the Financial Controller and offers a broad range of responsibilities and exposure to senior management.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and analysis of results;
- Preparation of monthly journal entries;
- Assist in the preparation of year-end consolidated financial statements;
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts;
- Business partnering with multiple internal stakeholders;
- Continuous process improvement and ad-hoc projects as they arise.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent);
- Big 4/Top 10 practice trained is preferred;
- Interest in the property/construction sectors;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good team player and self-driven.
