Barden is excited to assist our client, an established investment management business in Dublin City (hybrid available) in finding a Part Qualified Accountant to join their expanding team. The ideal person will be looking for a new challenge and a step up in their finance career.
This person will sit in a busy team with exposure to senior members of finance and other senior professionals within the business.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Processing a high volume of reconciliations.
- Assisting with monthly accounts preparation.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Management accounts on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for prepayments and accruals.
- Liaising with internal & external auditors.
- Raising PO’s and payment runs.
- Assisting the wider finance team as required.
- Involvement in project-based work and improvements across finance.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Pursuing professional accounting qualification.
- A minimum of a 3 years’ experience in an accounts/finance assistant role.
- Varied systems exposure including Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic with a positive attitude and a desire to drive constant improvement and change.
