ABOUT THE COMPANY:

The company is a rapidly-growing, investor-backed organisation operating internationally within the EdTech industry. Reporting to the CEO, this will be a broad role and will support the Board in providing financial insights for which they can base their future decisions.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Provide financial leadership, real-time insights and strategic decision support
  • Manage and deliver monthly and quarterly management accounts and information
  • Design and implement cashflow reporting and budgets
  • Analyse trends in sales, costs and margins across products and countries
  • Optimise our accounting systems and integrations with CRM and payment systems
  • Manage payroll, bonuses, expenses, invoicing, accounts payable
  • Manage relationships with external accountants, banks, Revenue and manage all financial relationships with suppliers
  • Support investor relations, including liaising with legal and tax advisors 

ABOUT THE PERSON:

  • Qualified accountant with 4-5 years’ experience
  • Ambitious and savvy – looking for a breakthrough career opportunity
  • Highly commercial, with an appetite for a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Tech savvy: comfortable with cloud-based tools and APIs
  • Experience with Xero and HubSpot a plus
