Barden are delighted to be assisting a significantly growing pharma company to identify a Qualified Accountant to join their finance team in a permanent role. This is a newly created role and commercial group accountant role. The successful canddiate will be responsible for the companies most recent acquisition gaining broad accounting exposure including financial reporting, analysis and project activities.
The company is based in the Dublin West/ Meath area and operating a hybrid working.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts for acquired entity.
- Streamline the finance processes in line with the group function.
- Identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.
- Analyse standard costing processes.
- Assist with the preparation of the group consolidation.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets.
- Provide analysis and commentary on the financial performance.
- Ad hoc projects as required.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Recently qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent).
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Ambitious and self motivated.
- Proficiency with Excel and data analysis skills
- Strong communication skills
