A brilliant opportunity to join a growing leader in the technology space as an Indirect Tax Specialist.
Reporting directly to the Indirect Tax Manager, you will support the global VAT compliance process across multiple jurisdictions, while enhancing processes and driving automation and time-saving initiatives where possible.
Ideally this will suit a qualified tax professional with at least 3 years’ experience.
This role offers hybrid working arrangements with an expectation to work from the Cork office twice a week – free car parking onsite.
A 12-month contract.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Support the indirect tax compliance and reporting process for global entities.
- Maintain an awareness of legislative updates and communicate impact to the wider business.
- Support VAT queries on business transactions/decisions.
- Liaise with tax authorities and support query resolution.
- Work closely with internal and external auditors.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- At least three years’ experience.
- Demonstrated indirect tax experience advantageous.
- A Chartered Tax Advisor or Qualified Accountant.
- Strong systems experience, and an enthusiasm for optimising efficiencies.
