Barden have been engaged by a leading global technology company to identify a skilled Payroll professional to join their team. You will become a part of a team of passionate Payroll professionals who support different countries across a number of regions. Working alongside a large finance team – the role provides the opportunity to develop and take new on challenges in a multinational environment with a strong company culture and value system. 


  • Payroll management for several APAC/EMEA/LAD/NA payrolls
  • Process payroll related information from multiple sources
  • Assistance with audits 
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external controls
  • Handle employee inquiries in a timely professional manner 
  • Assist with Payroll projects
  • Maintain benefit and holiday records
  • Completion, creation and entering of journal entries
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive material and information
  • Prepare various reports


  • Minimum 2 years experience in payroll (required) in an international environment (desirable)
  • Excellent command of MS Office and Excel in particular
  • Analytical mind who comes with ideas to increase efficiency of existing processes
  • A customer orientation demonstrating an ability and willingness to satisfy both internal and external customer demands and requirements
  • Stress-resistant and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Competence of setting priorities in an ambiguous and quick changing environment and achieve results autonomously
  • Handle confidential information appropriately
