Barden has been exclusively engaged to identify a qualified accountant to join the team in a broad Senior Commercial Accountant role in a Global Pharma PLC.
This role will suit a recently qualified accountant who is keen to step up into a more Senior role, with 1 Direct Report, and further develop experience in business partnering, FP&A and financial accounting.
THE ROLE:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and quarterly reporting;
- Business partner to the wider business and providing finance support to the commercial team;
- Preparation of the annual budget and re-forecasting;
- Monthly variance analysis and review of forecasted and budgeted targets;
- Preparation of the annual financial statements;
- Involvement in ad-hoc projects.
THE PERSON:
- Qualified accountant (Big 4/Top 10 trained);
- PQE within industry, preferably manufacturing or FMCG would be an advantage;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels across the organisation.
The company has a flexible working policy, with a maximum requirement of three days per week in the office.
