Are you looking for a Tax Advisory role, where you will be responsible for the tax strategy of a leading multinational business?
An excellent strategic and commercial opportunity has arisen for a Senior Tax Manager to join a global eCommerce and Retail leader based in Dublin South.
Ideally this will suit a qualified tax professional with at least six years’ experience in a corporate tax driven role across professional services and/or industry.
Hybrid working arrangements with an expectation of 1 day per week in the office.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Managing a team of two, this is a varied Senior Tax Manager position, where you will oversee the tax advisory requirements of the group, partnering cross functionally with various business leaders.
Day to day duties will vary across:
- Global tax planning projects – identifying tax risks and opportunities, withholding taxes, permanent establishment
- New services and products – analysing tax implications
- Treasury – refinancing, debt servicing and cash management
- Group M&A activity – tax due diligence, structuring, post completion requirements
- New markets expansion
- Integration of new businesses – risk management and structuring
ABOUT THE PERSON
- At least six years’ experience in tax industry or practice
- A qualified Chartered Tax Advisor
- Accounting qualification desirable (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong commercial acumen and a team player
- Ability to act independently and work to tight deadlines
