Barden has been engaged by a market-leading Fund Administrator to help identify a talented and motivated individual to join their team as an Analyst. Reporting directly to the Senior Account Manager, this person will be responsible for the provision of reporting, accounting, valuation, investor, risk management and corporate administration for a group of complex investment funds for institutional clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client relationship management;
  • Preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements;
  • Preparation of board reports and attendance at quarterly board meetings where you will be expected to present report to directors, trustee, investment manager and any other parties in attendance
  • Interaction with the external auditor and Trustee; providing deliverables to both parties on a regular basis
  • Liaising with individual investors on an ad hoc basis depending on specific requests – usually geared around investor return information or clarifying distribution totals and banking transactions

ABOUT THE PERSON:

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Expertise and technical knowledge of Alternative Investments and Offshore Financial Services
  • Experience with US GAAP from a Financial Services perspective is an advantage
  • Detail oriented, adaptable and self-motivated individual, who enjoys working autonomously
