ABOUT THE ROLE
- Exposure to senior members of finance on a daily basis;
- Supporting accounts payable and receivable processes;
- Answering to supplier queries;
- Bank and credit card reconciliation;
- Setting up payments;
- Assisting with employee expenses and credit card receipts on a weekly basis;
- Helping with projects across finance.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Minimum of 1-3 years in a similar position;
- Accounting technician or perusing this;
- Excellent organisational, and time management skills;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Experience with Sage 50;
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines;
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
