Barden are delighted to assist our client, a successful Irish owned global business, to help identify an Accounts Receivable Administrator for their team in Dublin city centre.
You will join an established Irish business with a global market presence and will be responsible for varied activities across the AR department.
There is significant opportunity for growth across the wider finance team and general business. This role would suit someone with circa 1.5 – 2 years’ experience in an accounting role with a foundation of accounts receivable exposure.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Responsible for cash allocations.
- Reconcile differences in ledgers and accounts.
- Raising invoices manually.
- Dealing directly with customers on a weekly basis.
- Delivering monthly supplier statements to customers.
- Raising and dispatching of credit notes.
- Liaising internally with credit control team to ensure queries are answered.
- Work with wider finance team on month-end activities.
- Ad hoc activities.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Ideally 2 years in a similar position.
- Background in high volume, B2B accounts receivable team.
- Ability to work in a large finance team.
- Comfortable working closely with external teams.
