ABOUT THE ROLES

Investor Services

• Taking care of day to day operations of the funds, ensuring all work complies with the fund documentation, and following up with clients
• Be the point of contact for both fund managers and the investors with any queries they have and any administration tasks they made need
• Coordinate and arranging annual audits and communicate with clients with regards the receipt of valuations and reporting and any other relevant information
• Pro-actively take on additional responsibilities and administrational tasks as required by your managers or clients.
• Communicating with colleagues and corresponding colleagues within different departments

Fund Accounting

• Taking an active part in the initial setup of any new funds and communicating with all relevant parties to complete this process
• Taking care of day to day operations of the funds, and following up with investors and fund managers
• Preparing the funds’ periodic Net Asset Value calculation and year-end financial statements, management of the audit, and reviewing other fund related reports
• Coordinate and arranging investor servicing, including investor on-boarding, capital calls, distributions as well as issuance of shareholder statements;
• Pro-actively take on additional responsibilities and administrational tasks as required by your managers or clients.

Compliance/AML

• Working directly with Investors, getting to know the customer (the investor), reviewing subscriptions, following up on missing information with the client, and ensuring documentation is managed effectively.
• Reviewing and updating policies and procedures under the ownership of the compliance function
• Have an interest in helping businesses to be compliant & to become an expert on compliance and regulations.
• Enjoy engaging with people, goal setting & achieving objectives and getting results

ABOUT THE PERSON

• Degree qualification in finance or business-related course.
• Ambitious and looking for a new challenge within the Financial Services market in Cork.
• Ability to wok under high pressure and communicate with people at all levels of the organisation
• Organised and excellent interpersonal skills
