ROLE: Automation (RPA) Developer – All Levels

Our Global client who are driving consistent improvements & efficiencies across their business are now seeking an experienced Automation Developer to join their Automation team.
The primary objective of the team is to develop and deliver robotic automation solutions and other emerging technology solutions globally.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining automation solutions for the business. The solutions will include defining, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automations including but not limited to robotic process automation.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Partner with analysis team to review automation opportunities and assessing feasibility for Automation.
- Develop process automation using automation software in accordance with automation team standards and best practices.
- Support business teams in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT.
- Communicate any identified and potential risks and issues to leadership team accordingly and provide actionable inputs to mitigate.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- RPA bot development experience with Automation Anywhere, BluePrism or UiPath.
- Experience in programming would be good also (Python, R, Java, PowerShell, VB / VBA, PL/SQL and O365 power platform)
- Experience of business processes, systems and applications of varying scope and complexity
- Track record of meeting and/or exceeding established client, project and performance goals
