Business Analyst/Project Coordinator (Contract)
Barden IT are delighted to be working with a Global FMCG organisation to help identify a Business Analyst/Project Coordinator to join their Digital Transformation Programme function in Cork.
This is a process focused role requiring advanced excel skills and stakeholder liaison skill to support a workstream in a digital transformation program.
The successful person will gain invaluable multinational experience and add an attractive company to their CV. This is a 4-month contract initially but may run on longer than that.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Build a complex model in Excel, using system data feeds and deploying macros, with solutions for sales volumes and cost of goods sold.
- Liaise with the company’s IT team and External Development Vendor team to understand information available in current systems (BPC and SAP) which can be utilized for the new forecast model
- Support requirement definition of new reports from current systems, along with testing of these for input into excel model.
- Liaise with company IT, external vendor, and business users to support UAT, testing calculations used, processing speed and quality of data outputs
- Identify and document potential future enhancements for a system development of the Excel Model output in a Phase 2 of this Workstream.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- The successful candidate will have prior BA/Project coordinator experience.
- Excellent excel skills
- Proven stakeholder liaison experience.
