ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our client is at the forefront of the investment industry, driving innovation and excellence. As they embark on a transformative journey in our finance operations, we are seeking a talented Business Analyst to contribute to our success. This person will report directly to the Director of Finance Transformation.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance processes, introducing automation or robotics where feasible.
- Design and implement processes to optimize financial operations, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Evaluate and recommend technological solutions to enhance financial systems, actively participating in data analysis, reporting, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure that project deliverables align with business objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Operational Management Team to shape future Finance and Operations processes in alignment with the Transformation Vision.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Hold a solid ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent) qualification with 2-5+ years of PQE.
- Bring your expertise as an experienced Business Analyst in finance projects.
- Skilfully map out processes for Finance and/or Operation Processes.
- Excel proficiency, including VBA – because spreadsheets don’t scare you.
- Navigate Office365 like a pro, leveraging SharePoint, PowerBI and Power Automate.
