About the Role:
- As the Business Process Improvement Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our Customer Experience Roadmap, driving transformational change for our online customers.
- Dive into dynamic projects where you’ll champion process analysis and design, pioneering pilot programs, and crafting control plans that make a real impact.
- Collaborate seamlessly with a diverse crew of Experience Architects, Segment Managers, Service Improvement Maestros, and Regional Operations Experts.
- Together, you’ll embark on thrilling Continuous Improvement quests that elevate our Customer Experience business processes, fuel operational efficiency, and craft unforgettable customer experiences.
About the Person:
- Circa 8-10 years of experience driving process improvement in dynamic, digital, customer experience enhancing, business analyst or project management roles.
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma would be a significant asset.
- Experience working in large global teams and navigating complex environments & process change is essential.
