As Chief Financial Officer, you’ll be a key leader across the business, aligning financial strategy with ambitious goals and objectives of the company. ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead the Finance Function across the group, ensuring operational alignment with our mission and long-term growth objectives.
- Partner with the CEO and Board, providing strategic insights, robust financial analysis, and clear, actionable recommendations to support planning and business development.
- Drive Financial Planning & Reporting, ensuring accurate budgets, forecasts, and financial models that support agile decision-making and sustainable growth.
- Foster a High-Performance Team, mentoring finance staff and promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure Governance & Compliance, maintaining strong internal controls, risk frameworks, and best-in-class financial practices.
- Support Commercial Strategy, working cross-functionally with production, sales, and marketing to assess opportunities and optimise performance.
- Engage External Stakeholders, acting as the financial voice of the company to shareholders, banking partners, and professional advisors.

- A senior finance leader with experience in scaling international businesses.
- A strong communicator and business partner with excellent commercial acumen and board-level experience.
- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent) with a proven track record in strategic leadership, financial operations, and team development.
