Barden has been engaged by an alternative investment fund manager to identify their next Client Services Associate.
THE ROLE
- As part of the Global Client Support function, the Client Services team are the first point of contact for all aspects of servicing Institutional and High Net Worth clients.
- You will play a key role in maintaining, servicing and growing the business.
- In our Head Office, you will get the opportunity to learn every day through working with key stakeholders at all levels of the business, supported by our vastly experienced team.
THE PERSON
- Minimum 2.1 degree
- At least 6 months’ experience (eg. internship) in an account management, client management and/or investor relations
- Team player with a keen interest in interacting with clients and providing a top level of service
- Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent communication skills
- A highly motivated self-starter, comfortable with working on own initiative
- Skilled at planning, organising, prioritising, and multi-tasking, knowing when to request assistance
