Barden FS are proud to be partnering with a well-established investment management firm in Dublin, who are looking for a Client Services/Client Reporting Associate to join their middle office function. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, this role focuses on supporting and developing the company’s institutional business both domestically and internationally. It provides the opoprtunity to work closely with a team of investment professionals and deepen your knowledge of investment markets.

About the Role:
- Working with the Client Services and Business Development teams to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Preparing periodic investment client reports and relevant support materials.
- Engaging with investment teams/portfolio managers to deepen understanding and application of company strategies, products, and capabilities.
- Preparation of request for proposals (RFPs) and client due diligence questionnaires (DDQs).
- Support onboarding activities for new clients, and/or terminations for existing clients and transitions of assets.
About the Person:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area – Finance, Business, Statistics, Maths, Economics, Accounting, etc.
- Good working knowledge of investment markets and business development (desirable).
- Literate and good IT capabilities in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to client services.
- Financial qualifications such as APA or QFA (advantageous).
