Barden are delighted to be working with an insurance broker who are looking to expand their Commerical Lines team in Galway, Waterford and Dublin. This role focuses on providing a full isnurance broking service to all customers and building and maintaing strong customer relationships.
You will be looking after a portfolio of commerical customers, focusing on current business and also creating new business.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Servicing clients with any support such as market research for any renewals, insurance placements and update policies and documentation.
- Inputting data and information on internal systems and ensuring it is accurate and up to date.
- Ensure compliance with Central Bank, any legal requirements and procedures, and internal practices.
- Provide support to senior team members that you report into.
- Any ad-hoc request from customers such as reporting or adjustments as they arise.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- 3 years’ experience within insurance or financial services.
- CIP qualifications or working towards completion.
- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent market knowledge such as commercial insurance products within property, employer liability etc.
- Working to tight deadlines on a fast-paced team.
