ABOUT THE ROLE
Working within a busy litigation practice, the successful candidate will enjoy a varied caseload across the following areas of litigation:
- High Court & Commercial Court litigation
- Injunctions
- Breach of contract claims
- Complex commercial disputes
- Company law disputes
- Insolvency
- Alternative dispute resolution
- Debt recovery litigation
ABOUT THE PERSON
You will be a qualified solicitor or Barrister with strong experience in Commercial Litigation. You will have strong commercial acumen and have developed the ability to deliver concise, practical legal advice.
