Barden is partnering with an expanding and extremely innovative Irish law firm currently looking to hire two commercial property and conveyancing solicitors to join the team in Cork and/or Kerry (or a combination of both locations).
You’ll work on a wide range of commercial property matters supporting a broad client base, such as developers, investors, large corporations, SMEs and high net worth individuals, including on acquisitions and disposals in commercial and residential real estate, development schemes, secured finance and commercial leasing.
The solicitor based in Kerry will also be involved in building and managing a team of conveyancing solicitors, helping to set and define internal processes.
THE PERSON(S)
- Qualified Solicitor in Ireland;
- Strong experience in Property – particularly commercial property for Cork and residential conveyancing for Kerry;
- Leadership experience for the role in Kerry is an advantage.
