Barden has been engaged by a progressive, non-traditional Cork and Kerry law firm to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team. This is a strong opportunity for property lawyer looking to establish and grow their career in within a commercial, collaborative team environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Working within a busy property practice, the successful candidate will work across the following areas:
- Commercial Property Acquisition and Disposal
- Financed and Secured Lending
- Landlord and Tenant Law
- Lifecycle developments for residential and commercial developments
- Loan Settlements
ABOUT THE PERSON
You will be a qualified solicitor at least 1-2 years PQE in Property. You will be familiar with working with a commercial client base. You will have strong commercial acumen and the ability to support colleagues from other related practice areas where there is overlap with commercial property matters.
