Barden is working with a leading multinational company in the services sector looking to hire a Legal Counsel focusing on Construction matters to join its legal team in Dublin.
The company is open to discussing hybrid working arrangements.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Providing construction law advice and support on commercial contracts drafting and negotiation;
- Support PPP projects, facility management and energy management deals in Europe which require input on construction related issues;
- Act as the first point of contact for contract interpretation, including on liability, operational issues, disputes and any suggested remedies, arising from the company’s contractual relationships;
- Develop and implement processes related to contract review and governance, including for new projects and bids. processes for legal review of new projects and bids;
- Support on ad hoc projects (including outside of construction) as needed.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Irish or UK qualified lawyer with 3+ years’ PQE;
- Strong experience with construction contracts and ideally also contentious experience with construction related matters
- Exposure to PPPs is an advantage.
