Barden is proud to be working with an IT Services international company with a fantastic reputation as one of the best places to work in Ireland. The organisation is currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join its Legal team.
The role can be carried out remotely from anywhere in Ireland or the UK. The team works very collaboratively and efficiently while working digitally but everyone also enjoys a high degree of autonomy.
THE ROLE:
- Review and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts with customers, partners, and suppliers, including MSAs and NDAs.
- Identify and advise on areas of concern and risks for the business, namely on matters such as limitation of liability, service levels, change requests, etc.
- Engaging with stakeholders throughout all steps of the contract review process and lifecycle.
- Escalating policy deviations when required while plainly explaining the contract risks and maintaining a business mindset.
- Collaborating in the development of internal policies, procedures and best practices in relation to contracts.
THE PERSON:
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar position as described above, with significant commercial contract review and negotiation experience, a very keen eye for spotting contractual issues and strong experience communicating and advising on the risks;
- Experience working as a contracts manager is an IT company is an advantage.
