Barden has been engaged by a well known Irish company looking to hire a property lawyer with strong commercial acumen into their Legal team. The company has offices across Ireland and the role can be done from any such offices on a hybrid working model with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote working.
The role will initially be offered as a fixed term contract. The company will offer a completion bonus, which will also apply to any subsequent fixed term contract(s), if extended.
The successful candidate will be responsible for matters and queries related to conveyancing, property acquisitions and transactions, as well as general commercial & regulatory matters/strategy and energy related issues.

ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, although more experienced candidates will be equally considered.
- Specialisation in Commercial Property and Conveyancing is a must.
- Exposure to commercial and renewable energy matters is an advantage but not a requirement.
