ABOUT THE ROLE

• Oversight of financial and operational functions to enhance further growth.
• Acquisitions – managing the full life cycle from identification to execution and integration.
• Identifying key business drivers and influencing a high-performance culture.
• Providing high-value commercial and forecasting information across the business.
• Oversee and optimise all finance and operational management processes
• Advise the CEO and the board on matters affecting the group’s financial status; financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, finance priorities, and policy matters, including leading annual budgeting, reporting, and planning process.

ABOUT THE PERSON

• Qualification essential (ACA/ACCA);
• At least three year’s experience in practice or industry
• Experience working in a professional services environment an advantage
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a fast paced and dynamic environment.
