Corporate Finance Analyst – Renewables Tech

Unique opportunity for a Corporate Finance professional to join a high-performing team within a Renewables Tech company in Dublin (Hybrid working).

THE ROLE:

Corporate Finance and Valuations:

• Prepare detailed valuations and support with the assessment of the financial impact of various deals;

Strategic Planning:

• Financial planning models as part of the strategic planning process;
• Develop projects and provide support for scenario analysis;

Mergers & Acquisitions:

• Support finance and valuation-related teams;
• Liaise with third party advisors on both buy-side and sell-side transactions;
• Review investment proposal opportunities;
• Prepare briefing papers, proposals and strategy presentations for the leadership team.

THE PERSON:

• Qualified Accountant with 0-2 years’ post-qualified experience;
• Big 4/Top 10 trained;
• Experience in corporate finance or transaction services is an advantage;
• Strong financial and analytical skills;
• Previous financial modelling and valuations experience would be an advantage;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
