Barden are partnering with a boutique accounting and advisory firm in Cork to identify a Corporate Finance Manager.
The ideal candidate will be ambitious and driven. They will be eager to get involved in business development and assisting with the growth of the wider business in Cork.
What’s involved in the role?
This firm has a strong local presence in Cork and the team have identified a large local client base. This team works closely with high net worth individuals, established SMEs and also companies in growth phase, they also work closely with banks and investors on various projects. The role will be extremely varied and will include:
- Preparing and assisting with business plans / funding proposals
- Negotiation of debt settlement agreements
- Preparing and assisting with valuation reports
- Project management of investment property purchases and liaising with various stakeholders in this regard
- Preparing financial models for potential development projects
- Monitoring development costs and cashflows
The Manager will also be responsible for bringing new business to the firm and maintaining existing relationships.
What you need to bring?
You will need to be a qualified accountant or finance professional with significant experience in Corporate Finance / Advisory or Banking / Financial Services. You should have a curious mind and strong commercial acumen. You will need to be ambitious, self-motivated and excited about working in a client-facing role within a young and dynamic team.
