Barden are partnering with a well-known global accounting firm to identify a Corporate Finance Assistant Manager or Senior to join their Limerick team.
This role will be best suited to a candidate who, along with strong accounting skills, will also have good commercial acumen and some experience working on projects.
The role will offer fast progression for the right candidate along with the support and guidance of a friendly and approachable team.
What’s involved in the role?
The role will involve working with a wide variety of clients on an extensive range of projects from mergers and acquisitions to valuations to business planning. The role will include the following;
- Preparing and assisting with Business Plans / funding proposals
- Carrying out Due Diligence and Financial reviews
- Preparing and assisting with Valuation reports
- Assisting with Financial Modelling
- Advising on Debt and Equity raising
- Assisting with sale or purchase mandates including preparation of information memoranda, management of data rooms etc
What you need to bring?
You will need to be a qualified accountant with experience in Audit or Corporate Finance with a curious mind and strong commercial acumen. You will need to be ambitious, self-motivated and excited about working in a client-facing role within a dynamic team.
