Barden is proud to be partnering with a Plc headquartered in Dublin looking to hire its first legal counsel, reporting into the CEO. This is a superb opportunity to join a very acquisitive business about to embark in further transformative M&A transactions.
The company is open to discussing the role either on a full-time or part-time basis, as well as accommodating flexible working arrangements that might include a largely remote solution.
THE ROLE
The successful individual will have the opportunity to work very closely with all senior stakeholders in the organisations on M&A and corporate transactions and a wide range of other corporate matters, such as corporate finance, working on investments and with investee companies, divestitures, corporate governance, etc. The role will also involve project work in multiple different areas, such as in dispute resolution.
THE PERSON
- Qualified Solicitor in Ireland trained in a top tier law firm;
- Strong Corporate/M&A specialisation, ideally with exposure to project work in other areas;
- The ideal level of seniority is someone at Senior Associate level in a law firm or the equivalent level for candidates who have already moved in-house.
