An exciting commercia opportunity for a Corporate Tax Manager to join the Corporate Tax team of a global leader, with a substantial service offering across Ireland and the UK.
Reporting directly to the Corporate Tax Director, you will support the global tax function across Europe and Asia while owning the corporate tax compliance and reporting process.
Ideally this will suit Qualified Tax professional with at least five years of corporate tax experience. This role will sit on a fast paced and dynamic team offering exposure to the broader business on an international scale.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Own the Irish and UK corporation tax compliance and reporting process;
- Manage EU and Asian tax compliance and reporting process;
- Liaise with local and international tax authorities and support query resolution;
- Manage the transfer pricing documentation process;
- Co-ordinate the CbyC Reporting process;
- Manage the appropriate documentation of local and international withholding taxes;
- Support Irish corporate tax advisory projects;
- Develop an awareness of the international tax landscape and identify the potential impact of tax developments on the business;
- Act as a leader for the tax function cross functionally.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- At least five years’ experience in a corporate tax role;
- Qualified Tax Advisor;
- Qualified Accountant advantageous (ACA/ACCA/CTA);
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with various stakeholders;
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced and dynamic environment.
