We are delighted to be partnering with our client, a market leading multinational company in their search for a Supply Chain Customer Relationship Manager to come on board. It is an exciting time for the company, as they continue to make strides.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Demand Management: Implement strategies with defined customers, develop Service Level Agreements, and optimize resource efficiency while meeting customer demands.
  • Customer Collaboration: Manage day-to-day forecast collaboration and customer change projects, build relationships, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Productivity Activities: Lead productivity initiatives and customer engagement processes.
  • S&OP Processes: Establish and drive effective Sales and Operations Planning with customers, manage plan changes, and address forecasting issues.
  • Order Fulfilment: Oversee order processes from receipt to shipment and resolve complaints, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to improve service delivery and efficiency, developing KPIs to monitor performance.
  • Product Life-Cycle Management: Execute processes for new product introductions and manage transitions for existing products.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and remove non-value-added steps and implement productivity and service improvement initiatives.
  • Team Development: Lead and motivate a customer-facing team, ensure workload balance, and support organizational health initiatives.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

  • At least 4-6 years of operational experience in a multinational organisation, with specific account and business relationship management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with an ability to manage across a matrix organisation and interact with senior stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to drive and make good business decisions
  • Proven ability to balance short term tactical versus longer term strategic priorities, with ability to dive into the detail when needed
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong ERP Experience
