Barden are supporting a leading Consultancy Organisation in hiring a Cyber Security Delivery Lead for an initial 6 month contract. The role offers a hybrid model with 2 days per week onsite in Cork.
About the Role:
- Own and drive security projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Partner with internal teams, consultants, and vendors to implement robust security solutions.
- Assess and manage cybersecurity risks, ensuring alignment with best practices (NIST, ISO 27001, NiS2).
- Engage with leadership to communicate progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.
- Provide technical guidance on security tools, controls, and governance.
About the Person:
- Strong background in cybersecurity frameworks and program delivery.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive leader with a track record in risk-based security strategies.
