Data analytics is one of the key areas of strategic growth for this company and central to their growth for 2023 is identifying a Strong Senior Manager with strong leadership experience in Data Analytics and an interest in supporting on interesting Data Governance Projects.
This is an opportunity to lead Data Governance projects across a wide variety of industries and implement future proof processes and systems to enable companies to unlock the value of their data.
With flexibility to work remotely or with an option to be based with a Data Analytics team in Cork or Dublin, this is a highly progressive opportunity for someone ambitious who values flexibility.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Working with clients to establish an enterprise data governance framework for data policies, standards and practices to meet business needs

Develop and project manage the implementation of data management and governance roadmap including strategic priorities for establishing organisation wide data based capabilities

Identify new business opportunities pertaining to the use of data assets to achieve business efficiency

Leading a team with responsibility for a robust set of tools and infrastructure to sanitize, store and manipulate data (following leading standards for data security and privacy).

Collaborating with key stakeholders within the business

Presenting results, findings & solutions to business leaders.
- Helping clients to build their infrastructure to ensure clean data is collected adhering to data security and privacy requirements and standards
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Leadership experience in Data Analytics in Industry or Consultancy

Knowledge of data management and governance practices, emerging trends and issues in the management of enterprise data assets

Ability to exercise ‘thought leadership’
- Demonstrated ability to establish and govern enterprise level data governance programme
- An interest in helping businesses to reach their potential in terms of their Analytics strategy.
- Ability to communicate and influence Stakeholders at all levels within an organization and explain complex technical situations in an easy to understand way.
