Committed to delivering high-quality products and services, our client are expanding their team and seeking a number of dynamic Document Controllers to join their growing organization.

ABOUT THE ROLE: 

As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and organizing the documentation lifecycle within our quality management system. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of document control processes in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management:

    • Maintain an organized and controlled document repository.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
    • Review and approve document change requests.
  • Version Control:

    • Manage document versioning and ensure the availability of the latest revisions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update and revise documents as needed.
  • Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct regular audits to verify document accuracy and completeness.
    • Work closely with quality assurance teams to address any discrepancies or issues.
  • Communication:

    • Facilitate communication between departments regarding document requirements.
    • Provide training and guidance to staff on document control procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements in document control procedures.
    • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

ABOUT THE PERSON: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in document control within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as FDA, EMA, and GMP.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
