ABOUT THE ROLE:

Delivery of Large Strategic Capital Projects:

• As the lead, you’ll have the opportunity to execute large strategic capital projects critical to the business. This includes infrastructure, capacity requirements, and business continuity planning.

Management of Diverse Engineering Teams:

• You’ll oversee a large globally diverse group of engineers. Your role involves ensuring project delivery and managing resources effectively.

Engineering and Procurement Standards:

• You’ll set and enforce technical and commercial standards worldwide for large strategic capital projects. This includes managing supplier relationships and performance.

Risk Management and Compliance:

• Responsible for safe execution, budget, and schedule adherence. policies.

Strategic Supplier Relationships:

• Develop and leverage strategic supplier relationships to support project management. Collaborate with legal resources to establish necessary procedures and contracts

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Experience: A minimum of 6-10 years of field and project planning experience is desirable.
• Adaptability: Ability to work with multiple disciplines on large-scale projects and collaborate effectively.
