Barden is assisting a start-up investment business in the Dublin City area to identify an Executive Assistant (Cantonese Speaking) to join their team.
This opportunity will develop significantly over the next 6-12 months and will include a range of responsibilities across the wider global business. The ideal person will have previous experience working in an executive assistant capacity.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Provide full support to CEO.
- Full responsibility of local and global calendar, coordination of meetings, events, and other ad-hoc activities as necessary.
- Organization of all travel arrangements; including flights/hotels/accommodation, itinerary and visa requirements.
- Assist senior members of the group on project management activities.
- Oversee office administration on day-to-day basis.
- Liaise externally to ensure facilities management of offices.
- Ad-hoc office administration as required.
- Form relationships with management agencies, vendors, and contractors to oversee general maintenance, renovation, security etc.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Fluent English and Cantonese.
- Completion of third level degree or above.
- Minimum of 3 years similar experience.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Experience working closely with senior members within finance and the wider group.
- Add value to processes, suggest changes and inform members of the team on new ideas.
