ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead the forecasting and budgeting process, including variance analysis, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a key Finance Business Partner to the wider operations teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the business and cross-functional teams at all levels.
- Provide valuable insights on Opex to support decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on efficiency within the finance function.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Qualified accountant with 1–2 years PQE.
- Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills at all levels.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Commercially astute with a strategic mindset.
- Positive attitude with a high level of personal integrity.
- Motivated self-starter who thrives in a team environment.
