ABOUT THE ROLE
The Finance Business Partner Manager will lead a team of high performing individuals, primarily focused on enabling the business to make better, more informed decisions and identifying commercial opportunities that can add real value to the Company.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Minimum of 4+ years PQE (ACA/CIMA/ACCA); with 3+ years in a finance business partnering/commercial finance function desirable
- Previous experience of managing a team is a distinct advantage
- Excellent commercial acumen with a strong purpose driven focus on creating/adding value
- Strong ability to influence, particularly with non-finance stakeholders
