Finance Business Partner (Supply Chain)
Barden are delighted to be selected to identify a Finance Business Partner to join a growing team within one of Irelands most successful businesses. This role reports to the Head of Finance who has a wealth of experience, is highly regarded and passionate about developing people.
More so than experience, the hiring manager is looking for someone who displays a positive attitude, someone who is solution driven and possesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. This is a superb opportunity for someone to gain commercial finance experience in a collaborative setting where your contributions will have an impact on the performance of the business.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Provide support to key stakeholders across supply chain for all financial planning and analysis matters.
- Responsible for departmental financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Deliver accurate, timely and robust financial information to department leads to aid decision making.
- Actively collaborate with key stakeholders, providing insights on trends while also challenging the team when appropriate.
- Responsible for maintaining compliance with operational processes and procedures while continuously looking for areas to improve.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Qualified accountant with a recognised accountancy body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc.) with 3-5 years post qualified experience.
- Highly analytical, with a natural numerical aptitude
- Excellent people skills, experienced business partner, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail driven, focused, appetite for systems and process improvements
- Motivated self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team
