Barden is delighted to be partnering with the CEO & leadership team of a significant Corporate Services firm in Dubai to help identify ambitious accounting, compliance and legal talent who are keen to make an international move in 2023. Our client on the ground in Dubai will work with the right people to shape their first steps into their businesses and make the move to Dubai as seamless as possible.

We are looking to identify high calibre professionals, future leaders, to join this global development programme. Those accepted into this programme will gain exposure across all the major business lines. On completion, successful individuals will step into leadership positions.

If you’re a qualified accountant (newly qualified or up to and including Director level) with a Big 4 or equivalent background OR you’re a legal professional with circa 3+ years PQE with a top tier law firm training then you might be able to call Dubai home.

f you’ve asset management &investment funds or capital markets experience then great, it will be an advantage but it’s not a prerequisite.

What about visas? No need to sweat it – for the right people our partners in Dubai will be able to facilitate a work permit.
