Finance Manager (Global Manufacturing)
Here in Barden, we are delighted to be partnering with our Multinational client in their search for a Senior Finance professional, who will work in their organisation with local and international finance leaders.
This role sits within the Financial Planning and Analysis workstream, and will suit someone who is passionate about partnering with business stakeholders, with a natural skill in translating finance data into meaningful insights for the business.
This role presents a great opportunity to join a leading global pharmaceutical company at a senior level. While initially a fixed term contract, there may be more longer term opportunities for the right person. ABOUT THE ROLE
- Collaborate with both site leadership and US teams to develop budgets and forecasts.
- Coordinate month-end FP&A processes in adherence to timelines.
- Offer accurate and meaningful insights into key variance drivers.
- Compile site management reports for local and US teams.
- Deliver financial analysis for monthly reporting and various other initiatives.
- Fulfil other ad hoc responsibilities as they arise.

ABOUT THE PERSON
- Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Self-starter and ability to act on own initiative.
- Proven analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA – 5 years of PQE is essential.
