Barden are delighted to be partnering with our client, a world reknowned sporting organisation who are looking to hire a strong AP/ Finance Specialist for an initial 12 months on their finance team with potential for a longer term place in the company.
They are very open on background, strong Accounts Payable experience, broad Accounting Technician experience and you’ll be working with a strong close knit existing team where you can learn and develop.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Accounts Payable
- Preparation of the monthly payment process
- Raising POs and ensuring they are within the assigned budget.
- Handling supplier and staff queries in relation to invoices and expense claims.
- Assisting in preparation of monthly financial accounts, forecasts
- Assisting in reporting & forecasting
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Team player with a helpful positive attitude
- AP or Accounts experience
- Accounting Technician a plus but not essential
