The ideal candidate is someone enthusiastic, energetic, and intelligent. Someone who is passionate about automation and optimisation could really excel in this environment. A key element of this role is to help shape the finance function during a period of growth while providing additional insights to management to aid decision making.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Preparation of monthly management accounts for the Group including monthly close.
- Develop and maintain a robust internal controls environment related to accounting and financial reporting systems, policies, controls, and procedures.
- Working Capital & Treasury – Management of cashflows, forecasting, inventory and FX risk.
- Weekly, monthly monitoring and reporting of business KPIs.
- Contribute towards Board reporting and presentations.
- Business expansion projects as the company enters new markets
- Oversee compliance obligations for statutory and taxation purposes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, improving ERP and CRM output.
- Liaise with external advisors – legal, bankers, auditors etc.

ABOUT THE PERSON
- Qualified accountant with 4+ years PQE, preferably Big4/Top 10 trained but not a pre-requisite
- Experience working in a dynamic environment demonstrating excellent stakeholder engagement.
- Strong systems knowledge and appetite
- Team player
