Barden are delighted to have been exclusively engaged by the CFO of a fast growing & innovative Tech company to support the appointment of a Financial Controller on a 15 month contract basis. The successful candidate will manage a small finance team, and oversee the finance and reporting for a select number of entities. This is a broad role encapsulating management of controllership and commercial finance.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead and inspire a small finance team including career development goals & performance management processes.
- Ownership of financial reporting and compliance for the region including forecasting & budgeting.
- Business partner with the Commercial and Operations teams.
- Drive innovation of process and reporting including system implementation and enhancements.
- Ensure robust and accurate governance structures to support future due diligence, acquisitions & disposals.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Qualified accounting professional with 5-8 years PQE.
- At least 2 years’ prior people management experience.
- Finance and/or ERP transformation experience desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
