ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead month-end reporting, delivering accurate accounts, reconciliations, and results
- Provide insightful financial analysis, including budget-vs-actual commentary and cash-flow management
- Drive forecasting, business planning, and continuous process improvements
- Oversee key operational areas including stock reviews, debtors/creditors, and statutory returns
- Manage and develop a high-performing finance team while coordinating audits and ad hoc financial projects
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Big 4/Top 10 trained accountant with 4+ years post qualified experience in the motor trade industry.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and proficient use of MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intellectual curiosity when it comes to the business and business performance.
- Proven record of interacting with cross functional teams across an organisation.
