ABOUT THE ROLE:
- You will operate in a fast-paced working environment as part of a highly motivated and hard-working team
- Dealing with client queries on their insurance needs, responding appropriately and escalating where necessary
- Data entry and attention to detail to ensure everything is update to date and accurate
- Transaction reconciliations on systems
- To complete ad-hoc tasks as required by your Team Leader, Manager or the business.
- Identify and to contribute to continuous improvements in working practices and customer care.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Third level degree in relevant area – business, finance or economics
- Be capable of working under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Team player as well as the ability to work independently to one’s own initiative.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Experience of dealing with customers both on the phone and by email.
